Phase 3: Client Environment Test

Headstart via a business pilot

At this phase a limited CLIENT data set will be required to test the software in the CLIENT environment. The team will revisit what they did in phase two with actual CLIENT data. Test the outcomes, develop and check reports. The policies and procedures that have been identified, that will deliver the business benefit will be documented and signed off by the project team. The business procedures and policies that had been identified in phase two will be reviewed in light of the expected outcomes from the CLIENT data set. Conversion of CLIENT data begins.
