November Update

Wow! How time has flown since the last ATLAS news update. For a long time nothing exciting seemed to be happening and then it all happened at once.

To start with we released version 1.17.0 of GeoMaster on 1st November, along with the release of version 2.3.4 of Yield Table Manager. The new version contains the some of the following enhancements and new features:

• ATLAS Configuration supports multiple assessment types
• Planned start date can be made the focus field when creating new events
• Planned and actual chemical products can both be recorded
• NEFD report updated

As well as the following fixes:

• Assessment Planer clearing the initial patch selection
• Assessment Planner date carried through into GeoMaster
• Buttons on the ATLAS toolbar not showing correctly
• Counts of selected harvest areas reflect visibility of their archived state

Harvest Manager and the GMToolBox have also undergone upgrades. For more information on all of the changes in version 1.17.0 please see the release notes.

In more personal news ATLAS had a new Business Analyst start last week. His name is Simon Lewis and he joins the team from London. Simon will work with our other BA’s to help keep the developers in line, as well as overseeing additional projects. Look out for his picture and more background information on the ATLAS Team page of the website.

And finally, Vanessa Duffy, our Office Manager, is to be married this weekend. Despite being busy with the final details for her big day, she still finds plenty of time to keep the rest of the team honest and on track. We wish her all the best for her marriage to Vaughan.

Enjoy the improved weather,
The ATLAS Team
